want some cheap ideas for bathroom vanity beautification

recently upgraded my kitchen and bathrooms from 1970 decor. not much fund left for master bath remodel. So reused the old full wall mirror and bought very basic vanity lights. Please please give some ideas on how to beutify/ glam up the vanity ? TIA.

An elegant display of soaps, lotions etc.that is also functional to place between the sinks.

It just looked less elegant compared to my half bath vanity, so I was wondering for options. I'll put some soap and lotion holder and post the upgrade, any other ideas are welcome :)

I think you need some real color on the walls. Maybe some artwork above the towel bar.
