Top looks like an Oenothera species, something similar to clelandii or parviflora. There are more options. Pilea pumila on bottom, native, not invasive. Good weed suppressor. Easier to pull out than even jewelweed.

The first could also be a Cudweed - Pseudognaphalium. It is difficult to see any detail.

the second is a complete PIA .. if you are going for any kind of formal garden .. where you want to dictate that which is allowed ... in such a garden.. remove it.. and mulch heavily.. and never let it seed on top of the mulch ...
