Correct order for new roof, gutters and exterior paint?

Soon will have my house reroofed, new gutters and painted. I'm intuiting the proper order is:

1) Roof, including remove all gutters and replace any rotten fascia. I'm in the PNW so there's sure to be some, and new gutters will need to hang on something solid.

2) Paint.

3) Gutters. Because you can't paint under gutters.

Is this right? It also seems like roof and gutters go together, gutter under roof, so maybe demo old gutters then paint first, then install roof and new gutters, and then touch up places replacing roof screwed up?

you have it right only time you do gutters second is when they will get painted it's rare but some customers do want 5he gutters to match the trim color

Hi,

I'm in the same boat now with the same question.

But here's my dilemma. The company that I hire to do the roof and gutters surely will not come remove the gutters and wait for painting to be done, right?

Also, would it be correct that the gutters should be done with the roof so that they can tie in the gutters into the roofing correctly - if such a thing happens? For example if something in the roof structure goes over some part of the gutter -- that type of thing.
