Porch Paint Color and Advice

This is a yellow vinyl siding one story house in the south. The roof is light colored with gray, blues and greens. The porch post, some are painted white while others are pressure treated, no paint or stain. The "slat rail" is also not stained or painted. The house needs pressure washed and prepped for paint. The windows are vinyl except for 1-2" box around window glass that needs painted along with the porch. Vinyl siding and windows, roof and door will not be changed. The question is what color should the porch floor be painted? Should the 1-2" box around window be painted a color versus white? Is it too small to notice? Should all of the post (there are 5 total) be painted white (or another color) so all match? Would staining the "slat rail" only seem odd with painted post? Prefer Sherwin Williams colors. SW Butter Up is close match to the siding color. Leaning towards turquoise, periwinkle although not near any water. Porch floor is currently generic gray. Not afraid of color, different is good. Thoughts and photos are appreciated,

Grey is good for porch floor. White is good for posts. Maybe paint the ceiling blue.

I love the idea of a painted ceiling as well. I would paint the posts and slats white. you could take advantage of the box around the window and do turquoise or periwinkle or both. a small pop of color sometimes has more impact than a lot of color.

you could paint some stripes going up your steps towards your door. to add another small but impactful pop of color. like a carpet runner and kore simple.

freedomplace1 posted my hands down favorite color for porch decking and I love haint blue for a ceiling. The only time I would suggest something different is if the decking were a mahogany, teak or some other expensive species.

You could stain the railing, but I would choose to paint it white. You don't need a railing at least on the front and the right side, maybe there is a drop off on the left. So you might want to just remove the railing to open the porch up.

I love color and I am not afraid of using it, but I think the white on the trim will unify the space and make more of an impact.

Thanks for the comments. Forgot to mention SW Halcyon Green is our ceiling color. Post and rails will stay, only changing color or stain. May play with "window box" trim---paint with a color on hand to see the impact. Can always stain "slats" first and paint over. Thanks Amber Ryder for the funky door pic and suggestions.
