What colors do you like? It seems you currently have no colors, so your options are pretty open. I would be adding some nice rich colors, something either deep or vibrant.

Is there a piece of art you love? If you pick a piece of art that you love, that can be your inspiration from which you can pull colors for your linens.

Could my accent colors be blue and blush pink? Or does the pink "come out of no where" and not make sense if I use a blue/grey rug? Would it look good with the couch and everything?

I think you could absolutely do blush pink and blue. I like the blue rugs better than the white and grey; I think it'll give you more break between the floor and couch and will make the space less officey. You can tie the two colors together with your art by picking something with blush and blue. You might also consider some gold accents when you get lamps and coffee/end tables.
