I don't have time to mock up a 'clean up' of your front landscape. But I can diagnose that what you have isn't working. It's overwhelming and has no hope of being made into something workable. If you get rid of it all and present a new picture, we might have something to work with.

To start get rid of all the overgrown hedge greenery. As for a porch what do you want it for? A sitting porch or and entry porch? Leave the brick it makes the house and IMO painting it will end up being a never ending maintenance issue.As for the back a deck IMO is not goigto work with all the basemnt windows aso look at doing a paver patio instead and if you want help with that you will need to post pics of the whole backyard.You could add a porch to the front bu hoestly I do not think it suits the house . First lose the bushes then a nice walkway from the street to the font door which BTW we will be able to see clearly once the bushes are gone.

I plan on removing the bushes in front and was thinking about putting a walkway from front door to sidewalk rather than the entryway being connected to the driveway. As for front porch I was thinking more towards a entry porch to add some more character to the front so it doesn’t look plain. I’m not big fan of the tan aluminum siding, would that be a hassle or weird to paint different color?

I would paint the siding a warm gray (white would work also) and the front door a glossy dark blue.

The walk connecting to the drive will be more useful and work better than a walk to the city walk. Of course, we can't see if the walk you have is good, or not.
