That’s a fabulous house! I wonder why it is so reasonable? Maybe the soil can’t accommodate a pool, that would be a dealbreaker in Florida for most people.

It’s a relatively small lot for Florida, and I’m sure much too small for mtn. But a really cool house with a great design heritage.

OMG, that home office with the water view and the Mad Men looking sofas. Gorgeous, and seems reasonably priced. I really do not want to move further south than where we are now.

LOl, Robo. I can certainly see what you like about it!

I'm not one for modern, but I have started to warm up a bit to it. Agree, having no pool or dock seems odd. I also don't know anything about Winter Haven.

Winter Haven is a clean little city. Lots of retirees, fast food and Lego Land

(which started out as Cypress Gardens)!

The pricing on that house does seem on the low side.

It really does. It would be pretty hard to actually use those lake facing porches that aren’t screened. Florida Lakefront==BUGS!
