Need help on exterior colors...paint the brick? Different trim color?

We just moved into our new house and I do not like the exterior color choices at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I do not like how brown it is. Thoughts on what to change to brighten it up. My thoughts are to paint the brick in Ballet White. Thank so much!
