Yep it is a good tile...I like white tile with white grout..but if you are going for a rustic or modern farmhouse style grey or dark grey grout is fun.

Nothing wrong with the tile. The answer to ANY tile is a professional installation. Brand is no matter, Appropriate size , for the area is key along with grout selection,,,,,,,,,and the INSTALL.

A PRO CAN MAKE A "NOT GREAT" SELECTION LOOK GOOD, AND A TILE HACK CAN TAKE THE BEST OF ANY AND RUIN THE SELECTION AND THE FINAL RESULT.

Accept that as tile fact 101.

( Grout depends the look you want and the installer skill . A contrasting grout on white tile is for a real PRO and total perfection. . White always looks good, and is best for skill sets......lower : )

I am just finishing up a Home Depot Daltile bathtub surround project. Not the same size (6x6), but I think they're from the same plant in Mexico. Inspect every tile before they go up. I found many tiles with defects in the glaze or edges/corners. Those I marked with a sharpie at the defect and was able to use for cuts at edges. Buy extra. I finished up a backsplash and used Mapei grout from Lowe's and it gave a much better job than the Custom grout from Home Depot.

Daltile is made in Michigan USA.....not Mexico

Boxes for the bullnose and corners say "Made in Mexico". The field tile says USA.

Hmmm...maybe only the bullnose and corners are made in Mexico?
