I have 10'4" ceilings and although I asked for a hanging light in the powder room I ended up with a vanity light. We have not decided how high to put it on the wall yet and I do not know how this might look with such high ceilings. It's a new build so there is nothing in this space yet. I plan to have a toilet and 24" or 30" vanity. The room is approximately 5'10" x 5'.4". Would you do an oversized mirror so the light is higher on the wall? Would you center the light or just above a mirror? Can anyone share ideas on how I can hang this wall light without it cutting the room in half? I originally thought a chandelier would be better but I want to try to make the vanity light work.
