Beautiful kitchen-what are the paint brand/name of cabinets & counters

We are remodelling an 1980's oak kitchen. I am looking for soft colours and love everything about this kitchen, the colours of the cabinets, walls, trim and countertops.. Please share the brand/names of the colours. Thanks so much.

    This beautiful kitchen has KraftMaid "Lyndale" style cabinets. The upper cabinets are Pebble Gray and the lower cabinets are "Lagoon." Countertops are White Delicatus granite in a leathered finish. The paint is Sherwin Williams 50% "On The Rocks." Thank you for asking. We wish you the best with your remodel.
