Building a Home Design Dilemma Bathrooms

Outhouse/Outdoor bathroom layout help

I am turning our little 1 room log cabin into an Air B&B, and I am building a separate stand-alone bathroom to the left of the cabin. So yep, I building an outhouse, but with plumbing.

It will be 10’x12’, with a vanity, toilet, and shower. Does anyone have any layouts to share? I am struggling with dimensions and placement. Thanks in advance!!
