Need cheap and easy ideas for campground bathroom

We bought a campground to turn into an event venue to create a work program for special needs adults. There's a cute chapel in the back, so we will be doing weddings and I need to dress up the bathrooms. We're in the country so we're going for clean rustic.

So far we are thinking:

  • vinyl tile over the main floors
  • paint walls and wall tile neutral white
  • walnut stained wood counters
  • galvanized tubs for sinks
  • black farmhouse faucets
  • galvanized ceilings
  • strip lighting, warm colors

Eventually, I want to have corrugated metal doors with wood trim so they lock for privacy. But for now??
I'm afraid painting the shower stall floors would be bad and flake, but maybe a granite grip type epoxy? Concrete? (It's all cement blocks on slab.) Is there a better idea? Tile over the tile?
Shower walls... will epoxy tile paint hold up for commercial use you think?
