Quartz Backsplash and Countertops seams

I just got my quartz backsplash and countertops installed. I got the Bertoli from Arizona tile.

It looks good but I think it could be better.

Mainly behind the range, the seams are visible. I thought the horizontal seam should have been right at the level of the hood, and at least hide that one.

The vertical ones are not as noticible but the orientation of the veins could have been better.

The countertops look good but there is one corner that seems too short and filled with caulking.

What you think? Any recs? Am I too extra?
