Has anyone bought a Domadeco Stainless Steel Front Door?

I am trying to figure out if they are a legitimate company. They have an internet presence but it looks like they ship from Poland. Any info would be appreciated.

They responded but did not fix it. Anyway a couple of years later, I ended up buying a new door. The door is limited with the number of smart locks that are compatible with it and it was very important to me.

I purchased a door from them. They are legit but I am selling my door since they have limited smart lock capabilities. But the door is beautiful. Hope it helps.

I brought a double door from this company because they have pretty design. But when I got this door, they give me wrong handle parts, the electric lock didn't even work, and the exterior facing door have a defective big white spot that we can't even remove. When reaching out to them, they are not very responsive and provide no commitment to fix the issue even thou the door is still under warranty. For the price we pay for this door, you would expect better customer service. This has to be the biggest purchase mistake I ever make choosing this company.

I ordered a door at the end of March this year and have been told for several weeks it will be shipping in couple days. It's over three months now which much longer than they said when the order was placed. I'm hopeful the quality of the door will be worth the wait.

Buy at your own risk. My powder coat finish is coming off, the latch is almost rusted away and the push button latch has never worked. I must enter my house through the garage. When I called them they say I am on my own and nothing is covered under warranty but am welcome to purchase another door from them. Doors are a 2-1/2 years old now but the latch problem was from day one and the paint started after a year or so. All 5 star reviews on their website buy I can't seem to leave a review there. Hummmmm.
