What is your general location and what size are these eggs?

If that is a 3/4" pipe, those are not insect eggs.

Lizard eggs or fungus eggs? They're the size of large almonds.

They sure look like lizard eggs. Where are you located? Could be something like anoles, something around that size or a bit bigger. I'd cover them carefully back up so predators don't find them and they can hatch.
