White exterior trim stealing the show on dark body?

Almost done repairing our house. We love the dark body (Benjamin Moore Stormy Sky) but once our trim color was partially painted (Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace), we freaked out about how bright it is and contrasts the house color. It's suddenly a bit preppy and traditional vs our modern and minimalist aesthetic.

We also have a pretty strange and UNcontemporary house, especially the "wing" roof line and the "hat" that the trim makes on a quite visible face!

So we mixed in 5% of the body color with the white, tried it out on an unpainted portion of the trim and also mocked it up in Photoshop below (last photo, the rest are the very white color). But we're also not confident in that new color since it's 1) made up 2) a bit dull (although minimizing the trim seems like what we want?) and 3) a bit blue. So, are we making too much of it and keep the white, should we change to the 5%, or what color would you do for the trim?
Thanks!
