Is the skylight itself just a standard fixture, made grand by creating a cathedral opening with tile?

Black Walnut is very popular right now. We just finished this floor for a client in California.

As you can see in another photo of same kitchen, the daylight coming in through the ceiling opening is admitted by a row of tiny windows rather than by a skylight. The pendant fixture is no longer in production, and was extensively customized for this installation. Thank you for your interest in the project.
