From an Eastern Feng Shui perspective, fragmented mirrors are not the best. One reason for this is that it can be disconcerting to see oneself in pieces. So I would suggest a solid mirror, if using a mirror. Or alternatively, in that spot, I think one large piece of art would work better than a gallery.

I would not do a symmetrical arrangement as you have in your image - instead, I'd work with the slant of the ceiling. Place a tall lamp on the left, a piece of art on the wall to the middle/right side of the buffet (slightly lower than the lamp), and then place a plant or something in front of the art on the right side. It should form symmetry with the ceiling, not the buffet.
