I figured it out! I opened a link in another thread and the page I went to was also full size and I couldn't leave it. I happened to right click the mouse and it said, "Exit full screen."

There's nothing worse than doing something accidentally and not knowing how to undo it. I had a similar full screen mode incident recently. So annoying.

I miss my dad calling and saying “Hi, sweetie, how are you? Is, um, DH busy?” DH would get on the phone and say “DH Tech Desk, how may I help you?” And help Dad with restoring his menu bar, or exit full screen, etc.

I have a mac and can exit full screen by hitting esc. Not sure if that works on a PC

Restarting was a good idea.

Stuff like that drives me crazy. Sometimes a toolbar disappears and I spend too much time researching how to get it back.

Bpath, I thought I'd ask how to fix the screen here instead of calling DS...again. Reminds me of the time I didn't know how to turn the TV on at DS's house and I had to ask my 5yr old granddaughter. No wonder they treat us like children. lol
