Grapes and roses need specific, and different, pruning regimes. Honey suckle and jasmine also need periodic cutting back but less specific pruning. You can grow all of them as long as each has sufficient space for pruning and training.

Most perennial or woody vines do not play well with others....except for like with like :-) I would not pair any of those together directly. But if the trellised area is big enough, you could grow all of them but each in its own placement.
