Quiet, efficient and reliable isn't difficult. Search for the 'commercial range hood install' thread.

If you are going out an immediate wall, then internal or external blowers are your options. In-line blowers are longer than most likely wall thicknesses. If you are going up and out, then perhaps an in-line blower could be fitted to the duct.

But all of that is a nit compared with specifying the proper characteristics of the venting system (and its make-up air supporting system). You really will need to do some research such as @opaone suggests just to know what information to provide us to enable us to help.
