I need help choosing a roof color, shutter color, new door style

We are getting a roof replacement and need help choosing a color for the roof. Will be using GAF Timberline HD shingles. Debating between Charcoal, Slate, Pewter Gray, and Weathered Wood. We are considering painting shutters and door black. I think that weathered wood may be too brown for our house color which is a bit more grey (house color is Anonymous 7046 by Sherwin Williams and trim paint is Amazing Gray 7044, current door and shutter color is Porpoise 7047). Should we paint our shutters and door a different color? I am also looking at changing the door to a new style but I am not sure what style will look the best with our house. Thanks in advance for the recommendations!

I'm a big fan of slate color shingles. Slate colored shingles have many subtle hues that can be picked up in the shutter accents and door color.

I like the color that is on the house now (charcoal, maybe?) Slate could also be a good option.

The current roof color looks nice. You could go a little lighter such as the medium gray in this photo. The double windows on the right side of your house are too wide for shutters.

I actually don't know the current color. I think it was actually a brown color but with algae, moisture, and shadow from the trees it looks darker. Chloebud, your right, the shutters look tiny compared to the window!

Remove the shutters they actually detract form the windows the house is such a mish mash of styles i would keep the front door a simple one painted the same as the house that entry has so much going on no need for anything else.IMO the front porch is all wrong for the house and I would remove it and replace the doors with a large window to make it look like it was never a porch.Sorry but the architect that designed this house should get another job.
