Can you review this Spicy Peri-Peri Chicken?

I recently tried to remake Nando's super famous piri piri chicken. It was super easy and the final result was amazing. The chicken is flavoured with the piri pir (peri peri) sauce, marinated overnight and roasted in the oven until it has a super crispy and a sexy color.

Can you please review my recipe , here is the link:

    That's not how it works.

You made it. You reviewed it for us.

We talk about what we made.

HU, I'm confused (lately I've been hearing a lot of talk on the Food Network, ascribing "sexy" to food). What on earth is "a sexy color" ? What makes a food sexy? What makes the color of a food sexy? Does the food make people think of having sex or wanting sex? I guess don't get out much, the pandemic and all, y'know.

Thanks for the link to the recipe!

Looks delicious. Not sure I can find African red chilies. Would Thai bird chili be a good sub? Looks like they’re not as hot; habanero might be more similar heat-wise. What would you use, readily available in the States?

Added music is fine. In the format they have access to many. Not an issue. This I think is genuine. Not necessarily looking for Ytube hits since we are not that many here in the big picture.

The short format is great. Quick, get to the point for those that want a simple recipe asap. Simple. Though rough video. Need to up that game to get followers.

Do leave the recipe ingredients up longer on the screen. Maybe more clear in that format. (larger?) Ingredients went off screen in seconds. Minor annoyance.

And on the same side of the screen. Consistent. You don't have an audience yet. Very few hits. Cooking videos are so saturated. Short and sweet are so popular now. You need a new interested format.

You are maybe looking for a younger crowd. Quick and cheap recipes. Less ingredients. But more available spice.

I will not follow as so many are above your game.

Agree with some of the above comments. I like the short format. But do leave the ingredients up longer. And perhaps in a color or font that stands out a bit more.

I rewound this one several times and even with a screenshot I’m not 100% clear on exactly what you’re calling for. Juice of one lemon and 2T vinegar? (The 2 tbsp is barely legible on my phone.)
