Black makes a great backdrop for an art gallery; no furniture needed. If you go for it, you may want to change the pendants to track lighting to wash the art/walls instead of the floor. You may have room for a runner rug to add some softness underfoot.

No mirrors, since there is no natural light or anything to reflect, and no furniture of any kind. I would use a patterned runner in the hall, and large pieces of artwork. You can use gold or silver frames with black and white art, or more colorful art, depending on your preference. Use a long runner like this:

It doesn't look like you have room for furniture. And mirrors are not right for your space.

I agree - get a great runner, and add large, dramatic pieces of art, strategically placed. I don't like the reflection of the pendant lights on the textured walls - think about how the light will shine and reflect as you buy new fixtures.

Art, not mirrors. If you're afraid of art or don't have any, mirrors would do in a pinch, but try to develop a true art gallery. You could even do something yourself. This concept would be easy to reproduce on a low budget.

The foyer looks wow! already, love the colors. Look for a fabulous runner, either all art or or lighting or both. It will look great. No seating or tables needed.
