Those are really tough conditions. Concrete and patio stones and rocks reflect and hold a tremendous amount of heat throughout the day.

Native Passion Vines might work. Not the kind most retailers sell, but the native Florida, purple and lavender ones. They thrive all summer here on my farm.

To address the radiation, the pot can stay beneath and back, and you can shade an area to include the pot and to extend higher and wider. A very light colored curtain would be effective.

I have found that passion vine does not like metal (probably true also of many others). You must provide plenty of unpainted wood.

Yes four, metal does get hot also but here on my farm, I have native passion flowers all over growing naturally on the metal wire field fences. Maybe if the metal were painted a light color it would be better.
