Narcissus of some sort.....a very small bulblet.

Curious that a Narcissus would be in full leaf in October. Is it a current photo?

Looks more like hippeastrum to me.

I agree: Amaryllis flower.

if it was a holiday gift/plant .. it might be out of normal sync ...

i don't think that it is Narcissus, it is probably hippeastrum or amaryllis. if they ever produce flowers, i will come back and tell everyone.

Preppy stud, it would be helpful if you gave us a general location. We don’t even know if you are in the northern or Southern Hemisphere/ the beginning or end of the growing season or tropical.
