What kind of stone is on the wall? And where may I find it?

Thanks for your question! The stone is part of a working tub display we had installed at a spa called Changes Day Spa which is local to our Camp Hill, PA showroom. While we do not sell the tile, I did find out that it is Golden Honey Quartzite, stacked stone purchased from Carpet & Tile Mart. Hope that helps!
