ETA: What I don't like is that you have to diligent in closing the doors. Very easy to think they are closed when they are not. You will hear a chime if left open for a certain amount of time. We also have it connected to our phones and we get alerts if it is open.

I don't have one, but this picture from the Bosch web site looks flat.

Here I was thinking you actually meant curved on the bottom not on the back and could not visualize why any freezer would be curved on the bottom unless damaged.

Depending on where the working parts are located such as the water line to any icemaker curving a back would give more space than a flat back. Might not be as easy to load but there would be less wasted space.

Ours is over 8 years old and the bottom drawers are angled - they are not rectangular. I also have the ice-maker on top left

(Sigh) Why can't bottom freezers have drawers that are squared-off and flat at the back? It is so difficult to properly fit/store stuff when the back of the freezer drawers are curved or angled.

I have a new Bosch French four door, and my freezer drawers and ice tray drawers are flat across the front and back.
