100% cotton with elastic in the ribbed band? Try a can much larger than your ankle. Wash them a few times.

Pretty sure it will work this time, but wondering if you'll have to do that every washing. I just stretched ear loops on a mask the same way over a large peanut butter jar. Hope they stay.

Do you wear compression stockings during the day (with ankle socks over them.) I cried when the doc told me to wear them. But now? Oh my; they have improved how my entire body feels. I put them on in the morning and they don’t come off until bedtime
