Not sure exactly what you want to do, but most dishwashers have a kick plate at the bottom that can be removed. Once you do that, you can use a flashlight and look under and see how it is hooked up. In the US, most are hard wired - meaning the electrical cord is wired straight into a junction box - it is not plugged in like an appliance. It will also have a supply line of fresh water - often split off from the cabinet under the sink , and a drain line that goes to the drain. You would need to make sure you don't disturb any of those lines. If you mean the front is not plumb, and you want to straighten it, there are often screws or thumbwheels at the bottom of the frame, as you turn them the front goes up or down. If it is sitting at an angle where one side is higher than the other, you would adjust the wheels to get it level. If it is that one side projects further into the kitchen then the other side, often, there are two clips at the top of the dishwasher that are screwed into the underside of the countertop and you would have to loosen them. If there are no screws there, you need to look around to see how it is secured, and loosen that to readjust. Good luck. Once you adjust it, keep the kickplate off and let it run through a cycle and look under it to make sure there are no leaks. A leaking dishwasher can be very destructive.
