Small bathroom - does the ceiling light need to match the wall sconce?

Giving my small bathroom a makeover. I can't decide if these two light fixtures are too clashing in style.
1) In general, does small bathroom lighting need to be stylistically the same?
2) Your opinion, are these two fixtures clashing?
I can't seem to find a 'set' of wall sconce/vanity + flush mount that I really like.
