S.O.S Exterior paint color for Hill Country Home

Hi all! This is my first time posting so I appreciate your help and advice. We are building a Texas Hill Country home and leaning towards a light limestone such as white or cream. The trim will be Iron Ore, porch posts walnut, black trim windows and dark awnings. My dilemma is picking out the right shade for the board and batten. I’ve been staring at Sherwin Williams paint samples and feeling more confused than ever.

Choose your stone and mortar, then paint colors.

I'd ask your designer for a color rendering or 3 showing the colors.

SW Muslin is pretty close to our light limestone. We have it on our trim if you want a more monochromatic look and not have it stand out from the stone so much.

3D rendering of the house & color combinations would definitely help in deciding your color before paint. I personally think a light blue color would look nice in contrast with the light color of the masonry.

Where are you building in the Texas Hill Country? We are building a home very similar to yours. We used stucco instead of board and batten.

We are building in Burnet county in a ranch subdivision.
