Well, according to the thumbnails, beige is lighter (i.e., closer to off white). But the full-size pictures show them being the same as each other...probably because they just flipped the image!

What color did you order (i.e., what’s the official color name of the grey chair that’s sitting on your floor)?

If you are looking for the lighter of the two, cream is always shown to be lighter in any chart. Doesn't mean this will follow suit, but it's a safe bet. Are there reviews that discuss the color? I don't see the model name to search for more information.

The chair shown is from an earlier order. Different chair and color was way off. What I am trying to understand is in general , which color is more toward white in general. Beige or cream.

Cream is closer to white in general. Cream is an off-white. Beige is light brown.

You have a good sized bedroom, I'd consider a chaise lounge.

Cream is usually lighter, and with a yellow undertone. Beige is slightly darker, with more brown. For your room, it looks like either would work.
