They are the Ava Seagrass counter stool from McGee and company. Almost bought them, but they were on back order for a long time and I couldn’t wait.

They are the Amalfi Counterstool by Brownstone furniture. They can be purchased online from a number of different websites: wayfair, luxedecor, one kings lane, etc.
