Those steps need to be wider , what are you planning for railing and front door . All these things need to be working together

Thanks for replying. I was thinking of painting door Iron Ore? And yes, we are hoping to widen the steps to 5ft wide. Hopefully DH can configure measurements correctly 😞

Also, wanted to remove that railing because its too high & maybe leave only 1 railing on the steps. Eventually add trim to doors & windows.

edited to add: I'm looking into if its worth it to re-align my door. Im no expert but upon closer examination the door is def too close (tucked into) corner of porch and not centered with steps and the railing is too high. I don't want to lose the interior wall though between wall & windows :-( because I have no real foyer. Not sure where to begin... Please excuse the shrubs are a mess I know (will need to re-do in Spring). thanks
