Can I mix Ikea White Veddinge uppers with Axstad Gray (or Blue) lowers

Two issues - Small but bright condo kitchen renovation on serious diy budget. I like modern flat panel uppers but don't like Veddinge for lowers. Can I do lower cabinets different eg: Gray or Blue Axstad? or stick with all Axstad and mix? Secondly, Veddinge white has pinkish tone and now clashes with newly painted ceiling. If I choose White Veddinge uppers, do i need to take a door to scan for color match or different direction for white ceiling? Removed wall to add peninsula. Not so industrial concrete color tile once ceiling repainted. Built in wall oven, d/w, cooktop, hood (not sure - chimney or covered yet) and hard to find decent counter depth fridge under 30". LVP flooring in greige throughout the rest. Backsplash not chosen yet but will include hint of flooring. Counter will depend on cabinet. Mostly soft color throughout see old pics. Been without kitchen sink for 8 months - all recommendations welcome.

New flooring (purchased in Mar/Apr during Covid when stores were closed - like color but hate the beveled edges (oh well, I'll need help with area carpets at some point - Lol)

Nice but a bit institutional, want ours to pop more.
