23-foot length is a recipe for two functional areas. I'd say, put a dining table on the lower side, and set up your living room seating in the upper 1/2-2/3 with a TV on the top wall and the couch floating...

If you are going to use a tv in the space, I would set up a sofa, facing the wall that is adjacent to powder room. Put tv on that wall, with low console.

Sofa scaled well for the space, with a sofa table behind it.

And on other side of room, behind sofa and sofa table, set up another seating area with four chairs and center cocktail table or ottoman.

Or alternatively, a dining table.
