Install Center Cabinet Stile

Hello! I just purchased a home where the cabinet in the bathroom vanity does not have a center stile installed. As a result, there's a wide gape in between the two cabinet doors when closed. Is it possible to install that center strip of wood after the cabinet has already been assembled without taking it apart?
