Need recs for double wall oven brand- GE Cafe v. Miele, v. ?

We're getting a Wolf cooktop and would love to save a few thousand with a GE Cafe double oven but willing to pay more if there is a true and significant difference to go with Miele or another brand people really like. I enjoy baking, especially bread, but am used to a very old GE Profile oven that I can't heat over 375 without it setting off my fire alarm so anything seems like it would be an improvement. Miele makes some really nice ovens. Definitely worth looking at if they're in your budget. If you are considering double ovens and if you're not put off by the 24" width (which honestly shouldn't bother you) then take a really close look at the Miele combination steam oven, preferably the plumbed model. It's my favorite appliance these days.

For gas, please get a range top instead of a cooktop. So much better design. You don't have to reach over hot pots to reach the knobs, clean up is easier, and you don't ways valuable real estate to the knobs.

I'm particularly partial towards the Bluestar RNB with those amazing star shaped open burners. But in a pinch, Wolf isn't the worst choice either

I make pizzas so I need wall ovens that can go up to 550F - but I'm looking for a combo wall oven (top micro/speed; bottom true convection) and this is what I've got:

Thermador Masterpiece or Pro

Bosch 800 series (Benchmark only 450)

Monogram (no combo oven, would have to stack)

GE Profile with Advantium top oven

KitchenAid (what I currently own and love but I'm shopping for a new build kitchen)

Not considering Miele or Wolf but I can't find my notes. I think they were out due to lower oven temp.

The rest of the kitchen will be a Bluestar rangetop (upgrade from our current Wolf range) and SubZero 48" SxS (same as what we have now) and Bosch dishwasher (we love ours, so quiet in open floor plan).

The LG LWD3063ST did well in Consumer Reports tests of double electric wall ovens.
Many appliances are difficult to locate now.

I’m kind of in the same boat... doing some kind of gas cooktop, maybe the Wolf cooktop where the knobs are on the cabinet face or a range top. I like the look of the Cafe Double oven and have heard good things. My mom has had a 24” Miele double oven since her remodel in 1992. Are the Miele ovens as good as they were back then? She had one convection oven and one regular oven. A 25lb Turkey fits in her 24” oven. And with convection she can bake 4 sheets of cookies at the same time.

I have the newer GE Cafe Oven with touch screen. And tech wise I think it's better than the Miele. It has integration with Google Home and Alexa and you'd be surprised how much you'll use that feature. I can just say "turn on oven to 400 degrees". Their newer touch screen displays are easy to use and they're app gives you full control remotely.

Most of the miele models haven't been updated in several years.

which model Cafe oven and for how long have you been using them. I have older (2004) Miele and they are no longer reliable, even after expensive repairs. Need to replace soon and not sure Miele is worth the additional cost vs. Cafe, Thermador (many negative reviews), Blue Star?.
