1 set-Noritake Fremont which I inherited from my parents.

1 set of Christmas china that was my mother’s. I gave my own fine china 12 place settings + serving pieces to a coworker of my husband. She hosted many annual large family gatherings. None of my younger family members wanted it & I couldn’t even get it sold through secondary market. It was a simple design - white with a platinum ring - so timeless.

Four. My great great grandmothers set, my husbands great grandmothers set, my mother’s kitchen set, and my husband’s mother’s kitchen set. Oiy! We consistently use 3 of them.

I have a set of Corelle I got from my Uncle when his mom passed away a few years ago. My aunt had noticed that when we would have them over for supper, nothing matched, and nothing even went together, it was just a hodgepodge. It’s kind of old lady-ish so at some point I’ll get a set that is better suited to me. But it was free so not complaining!

LOL what time is dinner and where do you live!!! You sure do set a nice table. I sold my good China after my first marriage ended. I have one set of dishes for both everyday and guests - Cambria in white from Pottery Barn. Easy to dress up or down. I have a set of salad plates in the basement rec room for when we have snacks down there while watching TV. Maybe one day we will be allowed to have guests again.
