Hello, we cannot decide on a sink. We have gutted a house and have redone everything. The kitchen is white shaker cabinets, torquay quartz, and light wood floors. Our biggest issue is whether to get a SS drop in sink, a SS apron front, or a kohler whitehaven farmhouse sink.

I have 3 little kids. My husband and I both work from home. I cook at least two meals a day and my husband cooks a lot as well. We also only cook in le creuset cast iron which are very heavy and I have dropped before in my current SS sink (and nothing has happened). I also cook with a lot of spices that I can see staining like turmeric quite often.

I love the look of the whitehaven. But would SS be a better choice as far as our lifestyle? And if SS is there any advantage of drop in versus apron front or just cosmetic? Thank you for your help.
