We are purchasing this house and I need help with the exterior paint pallet. Currently it is just not my style. It feels heavy and ominous to me. I would love to go with more of a modern traditional pallet. Make it a little lighter and brighter.

My first thoughts are either to lighten the trim or possibly paint the brick white and keep the dark windows, but that is where my ideas end. Please help!

One other thing we would like to possibly change is the large window above the door. It feels off, thinking about adding mullions might help make it fit the rest of the house. Would love thoughts and suggestions. Oh and the windows are brand new so there is no replacing them.
