Ideas for kitchen floors and colors?

So, design dilemma! I have an 850 foot condo and I have a few things to do with it. I had a major drain pipe issue, and insurance is replacing the floors in the kitchen/dining area and the bathroom, the counters and sink in the kitchen, and the vanity and walls in the bathroom. The initial tentative approval has $840 for materials for flooring (210 sq ft, the demo, leveling and labor and such are on other lines) and $2400 for the counters. I'm thrilled to get new counters and a new vanity in particular.

I can not decide what to do! I am having trouble though deciding if I need to make the extra investment to paint my cabinets, and what floors to do. I don't dislike them at all with my current colors, but I don't know what floor or counter colors to do with them now to look updated and modern but not too trendy.

Context - I will probably live here for six months to a year then use as a rental or sell. Condo in a historic building with lots of character in Denver, with parking and laundry it's holding value well, and the target audience is usually singles or childless younger couples in my building.

One of the things holding me up is that I do not like yellow/orange/most greens family of colors, so the internet advice of light colored wood with that color family is a no for me. Stainless steel appliances now. Shower tiles also included for context b/c do I do the same tile in the bathroom or something else? They are a blueish grey and white stone (it's since grouted and finished, and I'm getting a frameless shower door done while we're already tearing everything apart) but I can't find an updated picture, and everything is already demo'd and covered in plastic, sooo....here we are!

Thank you in advance for any advice or inspiration!!!
