I use the Amope “sander” and it works wonders. I also use Kerasal or Callex with socks.

Amlactin works like a charm. No more pumice stone, or facsimiles for me.

@whatsayyou18, how does this compare to BabyFoot? I've done BF once and it helped a lot.

I've been using this product for over a month now, and it's much better than anything else I've used to keep feet soft. A little goes a long way. Not greasy. They have a hand product also, but I've just been using this on my hands too. Purchased a 2 pack on Amazon and gave DD2 one. I also bought the O'Keeffe's Exfoliating Foot Cream.

Allison, I much prefer Lovaskin to BabyFoot. The skin immediately sloughs off upon application without waiting around with a plastic cover. IIRC, Lovaskin has videos on their site which demonstrate the process. A little goes a long way.

We use a prescription cream. (Ammonium Lac) I find it is best to be preventive. I use the cream after my shower. Even better if you can do it twice a day.

I pumice my feet every shower.

Have you ever tried a foot peel mask? They work great, though they're gross, your feet will peel like mad. But no better time to do one than during a quarantine! I get mine from Amazon and use them once or twice a year.

listerine/vinegar foot soak. I do 1 cup listerine, 1 cup vinegar, 2 cups of warm water and soak away. Just did a soak last week. Me heals were super dry and gross. I soak for a good 30 mins...and while your feet are still soaking use a pumice block and sluff away. I was very impressed with the results. I had done the soak one time before but it was after a peel similar to baby foot. I did the peel and not much peeling was happening so I did the soak and it got everything going.

But I am interest also in any good foot scrubs.

If you need an immediate fix, there are diy recipes that use salt or sugar plus coconut or olive oil.
