Wall oven/microwave decision: Miele steam vs speed vs Monogram 5-in-1

We are designing a new kitchen and due to space and design issues, our interior designers are wondering if I might consider a combination microwave/wall oven instead of having a separate wall oven and microwave. My main oven/range will be a Lacanche with a vertical electric convection oven, larger gas oven, and warming drawer.

For my wall oven, I had my heart set on the Miele combination steam/convection oven (like this one: https://www.mieleusa.com/e/steam-oven-with-full-fledged-oven-function-and-xxl-cavity-dgc-6860-am-brilliant-white-10221000-p), and also a Miele microwave. Our designers are wondering if I'm open to the Monogram 5-in-1 oven (https://appliances.monogram.com/us/specs/ZSB9131NSS#features) as this is a microwave and an oven...but it would not have the steam feature.

We definitely want a microwave--I know lots of folks say they've ditched theirs and do fine without it, but we have kids and I use it so many times a day, I really don't think I can entertain not having one :)

I am not married to the steam function...but with no other constraints, thought the Miele combination steam oven was really cool. But would I really use the steam feature all that much? Maybe not...hard to say.

I also like the idea of the Miele speed oven (https://www.mieleusa.com/e/30-inch-speed-oven-h-6670-bm-clean-touch-steel-10486330-p), which seems to be a microwave as well. Again, wouldn't have the steam feature...but would fulfill my microwave requirement plus would give me a more "high tech" oven option. Also, the ovens in my Lacanche are smaller so I wanted a wall oven to fit those large items when I need to.

A feature that I dont think the Monogram 5-in-1 or Miele speed oven have isa bread proofing setting...I cook bread a lot and would really love this, or otherwise would need to have the oven set reliably to a temp around 75F.

Does anyone have experience with any of these appliances? Thank you!!

IMO you never combine a MW with a wall oven the MW will die long before the wall oven and I have no idea how that change will free up space . I like bread baked in a gas oven , I think appliances should be bought for how you cook not becuase they look cool or they are the newest thing.I have only ever used commercial steam ovens and in both places they broke down more than they worked so when I did my kitchen it was not a thing I needed and 13 yrs down the road I still don’t need one and I run a catering biz from home. I do use my MW but it sits on the counter ans when this one dies I will replace with another that sits on the counter . I have an all gas range and double all electric wall ovens I have one portable induction burner I use for really deicate sauces and melting chocolate . I proof my bread in the gas oven with just the light on no issues.

I have the microwave range hood in the house that I bought. Always had a counter top microwave before.

Right now, when I am cooking with a second person it is a bottle neck. I'm stirring something on the stove and they are opening the microwave. We are in each others way. Others seem to love the setup - I really don't like it at all.

I am renovating my kitchen in the next year or two (maybe longer since my furnace died this weekend).

I heard about and considered the speed ovens. I have a small 10x10 kitchen, so space is limited.

The idea of a small sized oven and microwave combined seemed ideal for a small household - I live by myself, but most nights I have a dinner guest.

I really thought about the meals that I prepare. How often I use the oven - could it be my only oven, do I need a second oven?

Truth is - I need one full sized oven and a microwave. The second smaller oven just simply isn't necessary and wouldn't save enough time or produce enough energy saving to be worth the investment.
