We have limited ways to know what you are planning so you want to start with the floor that works but now you have chosen a flooring that is , on my monitor, very off white so the trick will be to find a counte to have the same tones in it and then of course the cabinet color .The cabinets are Dove White from SW or White Dove from BM ?Why were wood floors not an option, just asking. Waht are the floors next to the kitchen? Even better post pics of all the items you have chosen already.

Thank you for responding! The cabinets are "Glacier" from Twentieth Century, a warm-ish white. I mentioned the countertop I'm considering is Lattice (but would definitely be open to others). The floor next to the kitchen is in the attached photo. And the planned backsplash is a white subway tile. But I'm open to any other ideas.

I have creamy white cabinets and I went for Caesarstone Lagos Blue quartz. I love it.

Taj Mahal is very nice but it all depends on your budget. I saw it in the stine yard over the weekend for $99.00/sqft. That cab add up if you have a large kitchen

You could also consider a solid color taupe/beige quartz, which would be soft and beautiful next to white cabinets and your tile floors.
