We are replacing our kitchen cap nets, we have removed our dinning room / kitchen walls to have an open concept area. I am thinking of white oat rift / quarter saw cabinets however I am struggling on what stain to use.
Our house is on a lake , we have a great room with red cedar ceiling and white cedar walls with a natural stain on them- with red oak on the floor( we will be staining in the future) . The rest of the floors will be a natural white oak flooring 5” planks quarter / rift cut.
We also have a railing around our spiral stairs case - red oak - needs to be sanded and stain too .
We are also ordering fibreglass windows ( bigger glass openings) - commercial brown in and out .
I really like the raw wood cabinet look but was wondering if this would go with the rest of the house ?
We are thinking of painting our interior doors in the house grey HC - 166 (Kendall Charcoal )
With light ( natural , raw ? Wood trim everywhere)
We also have a fireplace ( grey ) in our kitchen area .
