Where to get custom size medicine cabinets?

Just simple frameless surfacemount medicine cabinets (preferrably 3~4" in depth), no lighted mirrors.

I am not able to find to find near the preferred measurements.

(60"x30" tri-door, 30"x36" double-door)

Would anyone know of a vendor who makes mirrored medicine cabinet to measurement?

Have looked at Kohler, Robern, Amazon, Home Depot, etc.
