Need Ideas for window treatments in aquarium window
Comments (15)Your solution will depend on what kind of coverage you need. Do you want cafe style curtains to let light in but still maintain some privacy? Also, do you need complete black out coverage, or do you prefer a sheer curtain or panel? Some things to consider: the proximity of your neighbors or foot traffic, what the room is used for and natural light currently in there, etc. Otherwise I think you have a good bunch of suggestions above. Personally I would go with the L-shaped curtain rod...See MoreNeed help with window treatment ideas for lv rm window seat window
Comments (32)Hi jeffreyh, You received a LOT of great advice! We agree with the idea of flanking the window on the outside wall with drapery panels, but would probably recommend a sophisticated, calm fabric pattern to coordinate with your preferred style. If you're still looking for the best solution (design, color and fabric selection), shoot us an email and we'll send you a digital rendering of our recommendation on your photo....See MoreWhat kind of window treatment should I use on long narrow windowS eith
Comments (9)It looks like they are about the size of a sidelight. We'd opt for something more sleek than a traditional shutter, We'd suggest an inside mount cellular shade. They provide excellent insulation stack very small when opened and can be ordered in both light filtering and room darkening fabrics. If you prefer the look of a traditional slatted blind you could also do an inside mount wood blind. We ave many options for sidelights that can be custom ordered for your window size.Window Covering for Thin Windows...See MoreWindow treatment for full length windows and bay window
Comments (6)I have a very similar configuration. I have Roman shades on all the windows with blackout lining for light control. I may come back and install sheer panels on the windows except for the bay window. the same Roman shades are in my dining room windows. I wanted to allow has much light into the room and still have light control. I have limited space for stack back without the the stack covering the windows. It your space for stackback looks very limited as well. I do have cornice boards on all my windows except the bay windows. the Romans are all outside mounts except for those on the bay window. the bay windows frame/trim was adequate for inside mounts. my outside mounted Roman shades are mounted on the ceiling. I also have the same Roman shades in my bedrooms. I was lazy and used the same fabric for the Roman shades. I do not have an image of Mt bay window. I like the setup. I have Hunter Douglas Modern Vignettes Roman Shades and they are not as billowy as more traditional shades. I need light control so I went with blackout lining. I chose a neutral griege fabric since I do not plan to change them in the near future. they have a lifetime warranty....See MoreKW
